Rojer Feghali
Artist
Lebanese artist, born in Beirut, Lebanon 1986. Based in Angoulême- France since September 2012. Passionate about painting but more widely about art and travel, he has always been interested in illustration, drawing, collage, and all narration techniques. He first studied interior design at Beirut Industrial Technical Institute then graphic arts and visual communication at Lebanese University Faculty of Fine Arts in Beirut. He received his Master's degree in Comics at EESI Angoulême-France, in 2014. He completed a second Master in Design of Communication & Packaging at the CEPE Angoulême- France in 2016, then a third Master in Art and Social Action at the University Bordeaux Montaigne in 2017. He draws his inspiration from the French and Lebanese heritage and culture from which he developed his own pictorial language. He paints mainly through the mixed technique for its flexibility, spontaneity, and plasticity. His favorite subjects are inspired by a daily life tinged with humor and fantasy while capturing as authentically as possible a social truth.
