Salwa El Shamy is a self-motivated graphic designer born in Cairo, 1988. She graduated
from mass communication at Mist International University. She has an affinity for fashion and patterns. She loves music, history and traveling, which is why everything she designs is
based on research and exploration. Every line she designs and every color has a story of
how it got there. She began her career in 2011. She is the founder of two Egyptian brands
Chevron.eg which was launched in 2017 and Ausetia which is going to be launched in May
2023. She is also the head of designers at Palma clothing brand. She participated in
Vancouver Fashion Week in 2019.
