Yassmin Gebril is a 2D illustrator and visual artist/storyteller based in Cairo, born on January 4, 1999. Graduating as valedictorian in 2021 from Helwan University’s Faculty of Applied Arts, she became a teaching assistant in the decoration department after a year of self-exploration. Yassmin freelances as an illustrator and has participated in events like Artweek 2022 and Comixandria Festival 2023. She curates digital painting and illustration workshops across Cairo and is currently pursuing her master’s degree while developing personal projects that blend her love for storytelling and documenting life around her.
