Dataland
Dataland is a publication produced by architects that documents existing buildings in Cairo through visuals and text. The aim is to shed light on the vast existing building stock and therefore show their potential to be maintained and reused. Including material produced by local visual artists and writers, the publication presents text that delves into several topics that concern the built environment, digital artwork, and a catalogue of buildings that includes textual information such as date of construction and architect as well a set of stylized visuals and photographs.
